A reference to some government paperwork? Starting a business, suing people, paying taxes? Maybe a validation of realness. Legal is also 21, if you're drinking, and 18, if you're doin' it. As usual, I sing on a couple of these and a few compositions may drift off into interesting nowhere, but I'm happy with the outcome.
